David is a veteran recruiter with almost 20 years active experience. He has operated at all levels and been responsible for full recruitment operations of different size recruitment teams – permanent and contract across multiple disciplines.

David is truly passionate and dedicated to the business – a true entrepreneur and believer in hard work and dedication, which has transformed the company to a fully operational Professional Service company in a short period of time.

Open to diversification, a taker of risks and someone who understands client mechanics and the need to be open to change.

Away from business you`ll find him at the gym, playing golf or juggling (sometimes literally) 3 kids – his real passion, and who he does all this for.

Martin Williams

Martin is an ex international GB swimmer, back In the mid-90’s he decided to exchange his trunks for a suit and has taken this dedication from his swimming days to successfully build out and drive global businesses.

During his 25 years in the IT Industry he’s thrived on helping clients of which now some are lifelong friends. He takes extreme pride in his approach whilst working with his clients to help them streamline and optimise their IT Budgets, alongside coaching and mentoring large global sales teams.

Martin is at his best when challenged and leads by example this coupled with his unrivalled network and knowledge of the industry is priceless. Martin is a rare breed nowadays.

Outside of work Martin is a true family man he loves spending time with his four children and adores being a father. He’s a keen Golfer and a big Arsenal fan too, but his true sporting passion is swimming with a vison to make a comeback to be British masters champion.

Chris comes with over 15 years Technical Recruitment experience within IT and Digital services. A recruitment veteran, who is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about delivering high calibre IT and Digital professionals into business-critical positions. In an ever evolving, and often crazy world we live in, Chris prides himself on adopting a personable and consultative approach which supports both his clients and my candidates as they journey through change. When he is not recruiting, Chris is a family man and a very proud father to 3 wonderful children who keep him on his toes.

Whatever time is left for him, you can find him at the gym, watching his beloved Aston Villa or relaxing at home, in that order.

Neil Rivers

Neil thrives on building relationships, over the past 18 years in the IT solutions arena having worked alongside some of the very best people the industry has to offer. 

Neil Is a rarity in the industry as he has an unrivalled background which was born out of technical understanding, this massively helps him with his client’s needs to help design the solutions as well as overseeing the project management side of it also. 

It’s very hard to find a great listener today and a true all-rounder but Neil really is a one of the best.

Outside of work Neil is a father to 2 children and is a keen petrol head he always has his head under a cars bonnet or racing at Santa pod, when he’s not doing this he enjoys cycling competing in a number of charity bike rides, triathlons and open water swimming events at world level, he is also a West Ham Utd supporter.  

Tom Lavender
Head of Public Sector

Tom has c10 years of recruitment experience.  His focus is on the recruitment of Contract Resource into the Public Sector, particularly Local and Central Government. His background lies within IT Managed Services, which gives him a technical edge when it comes to offering solutions to his Clients. Tom provides clients with a personal and exclusive campaign service, tailored to their timescale and budget. By exploring every method of sourcing possible, from job board searches to specific search and selection, he ensures that the best talent on the market is presented to his Clients.

Outside work Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife and beautiful new baby daughter Ava, working out, and unfortunately supporting Manchester United.
